Congenital malformation of lung, A report of two cases

Abstract

Congenital malformations of the lung are uncommon and diverse in their clinical presentation and severity. The clinical onset varies from antenatal period to adulthood and symptom varies from asymptomatic to acute life threatening. We are reporting two cases consisting of congenital lobar emphysema and congenital cystic adenoid malformation of lung affecting right middle lobe cured surgically by lobectomy.
