CONSCIOUSNESS OF THE HUMAN PERSON: HISTORICAL MONUMENTS AND SCIENTIFIC THOUGHT

Abstract
The article is devoted to the study of justice as a philosophical and legal phenomenon that dates back to ancient times, covering mythological and religious worldviews, according to which the social order should generate cosmic and natural order, based on the ideology of cosmological myths that negatively assess chaos and disorder. The object of the research has chosen the historical monuments of philosophy and law, the works of prominent foreign and domestic philosophers and lawyers, who entered the golden fund of world scientific thought in the field of philosophy, law and pedagogical and educational activities. The reasoned definition of the concept of legal consciousness as a multifaceted philosophical and legal and partly psychological category.
