Consideration on the construction of evaluation index system for medical selection of military flight cadets

Abstract
There is still no systematic quality evaluation system for the medical selection of military flight cadets. Based on the current situation, practical problems and reality needs of the medical selection of military flight cadets, this paper puts forward the idea of constructing the quality evaluation index system for the medical selection of military flight cadets. In addition, combined with the importance and particularity of medical selection, this paper summarizes the basic principles that should be followed in constructing the evaluation index system. Finally, the essential methods of constructing the evaluation index system are designed by using Delphi method and analytic hierarchy process, and some suggestions are put forward.
