CONSIDERATION ON THE Hp(10) AND H*(10) SECONDARY STANDARD CHAMBER CHARACTERISTICS
Journal Title: Journal of Science And Arts - Year 2008, Vol 9, Issue 2
Abstract
This work presents the operational parameters used for personal and radiation field monitoring: personal dose equivalent Hp(10, R, α) and ambient dose equivalent H*(10, R,α) for powerful penetration radiation, the measurement method using both secondary standard ionization chambers from STARDOOR laboratory and the results of measurements made in the room adjacent to the irradiation hall where the 7 MeV liniar accelerator is located, also including the results of the measurements conducted at the Sr-90-20 MBq radioactive source for testing the ionizing chambers.

ON PARTIAL QUASI-BILINEAR GENERATING FUNCTIONS INVOLVING MODIFIED LAGUERRE POLYNOMIALS
In this note we have shown the existence of more general generating relation from the existence of a partial quasi-bilinear generating relation by using group theoretic method. Some particular cases of interest are also...
ULTRASONIC PROPERTIES OF ANCIENT CERAMIC MATERIALS WITH POROUS STRUCTURE
This paper reports a new method of estimating mechanical properties of ancient ceramic materials from the ultrasonic properties. The methodology is based on the observation that the ratio of normalized value of Young's m...
INEXTENSIBLE FLOWS OF b-TANGENT DEVELOPABLE SURFACES OF BIHARMONIC NEW TYPE b-SLANT HELICES ACCORDING TO BISHOP FRAME IN THE SOL SPACE Sol^3
In this paper, we study inextensible flows of b-btangent developable surfaces of biharmonic new type b-bslant helix in the Sol^3 . We obtain partial differential equation for tangent developable surfaces of biharmonic ne...
COMPACTNESS OF SOME CLASSES OF CONVEX FUNCTIONS
After two criteria of equicontinuity, we shall study the compactness and some consequences on the uniform convergence in the class of the solutions of the Dirichlet problem for the Monge-Ampere equation.
VIZIBLE SPECTRUM SINGLE PHOTON DETECTION MODULE
[b]Experiments using entangled photons and their applications require the detection of extremely weak light beams: the incoming photons arrive to the detector one at a time. Visible spectrum single photon detection is a...
