CONSTITUTION OF YUGOSLAVIA IN 1974: POLITICAL AND LEGAL ANALYSIS

Abstract
The article is devoted to the study of the basic provisions of the Constitution of Yugoslavia of 1974, which define the legal status of federal and republican subjects of the federation, the hierarchy of sources of law, and others. The author also draws attention to the influence of the form of the Yugoslav state on the division of powers between its subjects. The implementation of the principle of equality of nations of Yugoslavia is considered.
