CONSTITUTIONAL - LEGAL FOUNDATIONS OF LEGISLATIVE INITIATIVE IN UKRAINE

Abstract
The article defines the concepts and types of legislative initiative. The research is conducted from the point of constitutional and legal basis. Detailed analysis of each type of legislative initiative is analyzed. The advantages and disadvantages is found out and the experience of foreign countries for analysis are used.
