Abstract
The article is devoted to the fundamental national and European principles of the judiciary, fulfilling systemically and systematically guiding function in the development of the national procedural legislation, influencing the composition and content of all legal relations arising in the process of administering justice, reflecting the most important provisions of the institution of the judiciary.
