CONSTRUCTION OF INTERNATIONAL COMMERCIAL LAWS IN THE CONTEXT OF AGREEMENTS FOR SALE AND PURCHASE OF VEHICLES

Abstract
The article is dedicated to the study of the concept of the sale and purchase agreement in a variety of aspects, viz, in the context of the law and the doctrine. It involved the analysis of scientific papers by renowned legal authors: V.K. Mamutov, V.V. Laptev, M.I. Braginsky, V.V. Vitriansky, О.М. Belianevych, N.O. Saniakhmetova, О.М. Vinnyk, M.G. Rosenberg, etc. The article describes in great detail the key elements of the sale and purchase agreement: the object from the legal and material point of view; definition and specific features of the goods; entities and their rights and obligations. In-depth study of the abovementioned terms and concepts promotes the understanding of the essence, purpose and importance of execution of such agreements for better protection of the rights of every party involved in the sale of motor vehicles, whenever such legal acts are taken on international level.
