CONTINUATION OF ORGANIZED CRIME IN THE FINANCIAL SYSTEM

Abstract
The article is devoted to the analysis of social and economic conditions preceding the formation of organized crime in the financial system, taking into account the crimes that are the most widespread in this area. In particular, statistics are provided on crimes in the financial system and proposals for counteracting and preventing such crimes committed by criminal organizations.
