Abstract
The article is devoted to the study of the place of the Convention for the Protection of Human Rights and Fundamental Freedoms in the system of sources of administrative law. For this purpose, the relevant international treaties and national legislation are analyzed. The problems of application of the Convention in the sphere of public relations are considered.
