Cooperation Brazil-Africa on biofuels during the Lula government: a partnership for development.

Abstract
The article proposes an analysis on cooperation in the biofuels sector between Brazil and Africa during the government of President Luiz Inácio Lula da Silva(2003 – 2010). Besides that the study sought list the major projects, treaties and memorand asigned by Brazil, aiming to promote renewable fuels in Africa.
