Coopetition as a strategy to build competitive advantage

Abstract
This article attempts to show that the strategy can be coopetition having a significant impact on building competitive advantage of enterprises, particu-larly microenterprises. The author describes the success of the Italian export consortia and presents barriers to the implementation of new business coopera-tion opportunities.
