Correspondence of notion „agricultural land turnover” with related concepts

Abstract
The article deals with some issues related to the definition of notion “agricultural land turnover”. The analysis of legal and doctrinal approaches to the definition of notions “land turnover” and “land market” has been accomplished, defined their correspondence. Identified the place of “land market turnover” in the classification of transfer of land rights. Proposed a classification of agricultural land turnover by the criterion of the grounds of the acquisition of rights under the current legislation of Ukraine.
