CORRUPTION IN LOCAL GOVERNMENT OF RUSSIA: WHAT CAN GIVE A POLISH EXPERIENCE

Abstract
There are examples of corruption in the system of local self-government of the Russian Federation, with about 25,000 of municipalities. It is accepted as an actual problem of corruption among the deputies of municipal entities. Conditions are studied for the prevention of corruption in local government in Poland with emphasis on the activities of the municipal deputies. It is recommended to use the Polish experience for the prevention of corruption in local self-government system of the Russian Federation.
