Creation of the enterprise value under uncertainty and risk

Abstract
Value management is a philosophy of management, according to which the company's operations and management processes are focused on maximizing the value from the point of view of the interests involved owners and their capitals. By maximizing the value of the company increases the wealth of its owners. To such a situation could arise it is important to risk management company. The risk is a potential adverse event that may cause the investment project objectives will not be achieved. Suitable for management enterprise risk is therefore a huge impact on his value. The greater the risk, the higher the cost of capital, and thereby lower the value of the company. Effective risk management in the company can effectively manage the value of the company, which in the long run contribute to meet the needs of all stakeholders of the company.
