Credit and information security of commercial banks in external proceedings

Abstract
Making the scientific overview of banks’ credit and information security, the indicators of credit security to the general banking sector of Ukraine in recent years have been worked out, identified and compared with dynamics indicators of external liabilities in the target sector. The main characteristics of topical measures in commercial banks financial security were described. In the article, the stages and a selection of actual measures for the protection of public limited-liability companies with state capital were proposed, in order to the following groups as: information, analytical, monitoring, evaluation, stage of development of measures and stage of application of the developed measures. It is substantiated that external liabilities have a direct impact on financial security within the strategic framework of commercial bank.
