CRIME QUALIFICATION UNDER FEATURES OF OBJECTIVE PART OF THE CRIME COMPOSITION

Abstract
The article is devoted to the problems of qualification of the committed act on the basis of the objective side of the crime. The value of the objective side of the crime composition and its features for the qualification of the crime has been clarified. Proposed rules (recommendations) for a criminal-law assessment of a committed act (qualification of a crime) on the basis of the objective side of the crime.
