CRIMINAL AND PROCEDURAL GUARANTEES OF LAWFUL PROFESSIONAL ACTIVITY OF JOURNALISTS

Abstract
Systemically also guarantees of ensuring lawful professional activity of journalists from the point of view of a criminal and criminal procedural regulation are in a complex considered. A number of short stories of the Ukrainian legislation regarding criminal and procedural protection of journalists against illegal influence are analysed. For a full-fledged research of a subject it is considered the international normative legal acts in comparison with the existing Ukrainian legislation.
