CRIMINAL PROCEDURE STANDARDS WHICH CONTAIN THE DEFINITIONS LIKE AN OBJECT OF REALIZATION

Abstract
The article contains the researching of the definition of criminal procedure standards of law which contain the definitions like an object of realization at the moment of using of them. The author came to the conclusion that the complication of finding the sense of the definition of criminal procedure standards in the hypothesis of them conditions the complication of the deciding the question of the moment of starting of working of the standard. Scientifically grounded the fact that the sanctions of criminal procedure standards don’t contain the definitions.
