CRIMINALISTIC CLASSIFICATION OF CRIMES IN THE SPHERE OF OFFICIAL ACTIVITIES COMMITTED BY WORKERS OF THE NATIONAL POLICE OF UKRAINE

Abstract
The article investigates the actual issues of forensic classification of crimes in the sphere of official activity carried out by the employees of the National Police of Ukraine. It is revealed that the criminological classification of crimes involves taking into account certain criteria (attributes), depending on the purposes of classification. For criminological classification it is much more important to take into account the signs indicating the nature of the antisocial orientation of the personality of the offender, its depth and stability, the mechanism, the method of criminal encroachment, the circumstances contributing to the commission of the crime. The approaches of scientists to classify and group the criteria by which the types can be divided are analyzed. crimes in the field of official activity committed by employees of the National Police of Ukraine. It is determined that the formation of the most stable group of crimes in the field of official activity, promotes the search for the most effective counteraction measures, since it allows one to fully understand the phenomenon of crime of law enforcement officers and provides an opportunity to highlight and reveal their criminological peculiarities in detail. It is concluded that crimes in the field of official the activities of the National Police officers of Ukraine can be divided into categories: the first is related to the general professional aspects of activity (Articles 364, 365, 367 Crimineral Code of Ukraine); the second group is connected with the acquisition or shelter of illegal material benefits (3661, 368, 3682, 369, 3692 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine); The third category includes crimes related to highly specialized activities (Articles 366, 370 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine)
