Criminological policy in the sphere of cross-border relations

Abstract
The article presents the result of theoretical modeling of optimal criminological policy in the sphere of cross-border relations. Such elements as reduction of actual trans-border crime, decriminalization of cross-border relations, ensuring protection from trans-border threats have been particularly emphasized. Decriminalization of cross-border relations is presented here in the form of a threefold system including the following elements: reduction of trans-border processes criminality, destruction of the deterministic cross-border crime complex, a bilateral or multi-lateral institutional mechanism for counteracting cross-border relations criminality.
