CRITERIA FOR CLASSIFICATION OF CRIMINAL OFFENCES UNDER CRIMINAL LAW IN UKRAINE AND IN POLISH REPUBLIC

Abstract
This article is devoted to comparative analysis of criteria for classification of criminal offences under criminal law in Ukraine and in Polish republic. During conducted research, it was proposed to divide all existing criteria for classification of criminal offences into two groups: legislative and doctrinal. The legislative group includes criminal offences which are provided by the legislator in the current criminal law of the state. The doctrinal classification of criminal offences is carried out depending on the features and elements of criminal offence due to the features of the object, the subject, the objective aspect and the subjective aspect of the criminal offences etc.
