CULTURAL VALUES AS OBJECTS OF SPATIAL LAW

Abstract
The article deals with the issues related to the legal definition of cultural values as objects of civil legal relations. Compares the meaning of terms “cultural values” and “cultural heritage”. Attention is drawn to the problems inherent in the inheritance of cultural property and objects of cultural heritage.
