CURRENCY CONTROL AS PART OF PUBLIC CONTROL

Abstract
The article deals with the questions of doctrinal views on the concept of «financial control». It notes that the financial control, performing an integral part of public financial activities not found their common understanding in the scientific community; a control aim are maintenance and providing of efficiency of the use of public finances. Scientists differently go near understanding of both concept of monetary financial control and its structural elements.
