DEFINITION OF THE PURPOSE OF STATE CONTROL OVER INTERNATIONAL TRANSFERS OF MILITARY AND DUAL-USE GOODS

Abstract
The article deals with issues of state export control over international transfers of military and dual-use goods. The purpose of the state policy in the field of export control is determined. The correspondence of measures and methods of state policy to the purpose of export control is analyzed. The actual threats and interests of Ukraine’s national security are described. The normative barriers in the field of international transfers of military and dual-use goods have been identified. The ways of solving the problems of export control taking into account the interests of national security have been formed.
