DELIMITATION OF ENCROACHMENT ON THE LIFE OF A STATE OR PUBLIC FIGURE WITH SIMILAR CRIMES

Abstract
The article investigates the problems related to the qualifications and delineated encroachment on the life of a state or public figure (it. 112 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine) from related offenses. We give evidence-based recommendations for correct qualification of the offenses provided for in items 112, 115 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine. It is proposed to amend the Criminal Code of Ukraine.
