Abstract

State of institutional transformations of the social sector through the measurement of governing of social sector development through measurement of impact investment results. The article examines approaches to measurement of different in results social investments, analyzes the processes of institutionalization of investments of social impact, proposes the structuring of the process of management of social investments based on chain of value, underlines the social investments impact, which determines the peculiarities of its measurement. The subject of the research includes scientific and methodological bases and practical tools in the social impact investment management. The aim of this article is to study, to systematize and to investigate effective approaches to measure social results and consequences as fundamentals of the effective management by social sector organizations. According to the set tasks the following research methods are used in the work: logical generalization and scientific abstraction methods; system and structural analysis. The results of the research show necessity to implement practices which exist in the social impact investment management now to measure social results. Their study and development will enable to form qualitative tools for evaluation, to assist increasing of the effective work, to improve results, to understand responsibility of the financing mechanism. The general frame of the evaluating process has to be developed, that is why the next stage of the research and investigations is to define the evaluating principles, to structure tasks in order to assess and to form assessment model.
