DESENSITIZATION OF CONFLICT COMMUNICATION IN THE TRIAL

Abstract
The article is devoted to the poorly researched topic – the formation of the theory of interdisciplinary orientation: analysis of conflict communication and its manifestations during the hearing of the court case. The features of verbal and nonverbal communication, which is estimated in the plane of truth / falsehood, are determined. Processes of designing the parties of the court process of their verbal image are restored.
