DESIGN OF ELECTRONIC MODULES WITH A FLEXIBLE STRUCTURE OF PCB

Abstract
The article presents the design method of electronic modules of the first level on the basis of printed circuit boards (PCBs) to enhance the layout characteristics and functional capacitance of radio-electronic devices. In the method it is provided increasing the number of standard sizes of PCBs in relation to standard without increasing sizes of mechanical structures for electronic modules of the second and third levels. Increasing the total number of standard sizes of PSBs by using mechanical structures for electronic equipment allows more rationally approach to the choice of sizes of PCBs, improving the layout characteristics of the radio-electronic devices. The method can be used in solving other problems of determining the size of PCBs in the radio-elec- tronic devices, when the size of the area is known, where it is necessary to place functionally-completed elec- tronic modules based on assembly. An algorithm is developed for separating the sizes of PCBs into sub-dimen- sions with optimization of their structure and sizes.
