DESIGNING AN INTERACTIONAL MODEL BETWEEN INSURER INSTITUTES AND GOVERNMENTAL INSTITUTES FOR IMPROVING TREATMENT SERVICES IN YASOUJ CITY 2017

Abstract
This study was conducted with the aim of designing an interactional model between insurer institutes and governmental hospitals for improvement of treatment services of Yasouj City in 2017. This study has been performed with library method and using documents and records, rules and regulations, internal and foreign books and articles and also referring to internet banks for study and research in the field of systems of payment of hospital services cost in the world selected countries in comparative form. In this study, data collection has been performed using documents relating to payment systems of hospital services cost through library studies and using scholar-made checklist. In this research, the suggested model was determined as determining tariff of hospital services regarding a council of representatives of government and insurer organizations and service providers and also users or insured in the format of homogenous diseases (DRG) and determining payment system of hospitalization day (PERDIEM) for centers with the duty of providing long-term cares for chronic patients, handicapped or elder people based on features of various regions. Independence of insured organizations from the government and hospital services providers' increases efficiency and effectiveness of the suggested pattern.
