DETERMINATION OF COUNTERFEITING IN UKRAINE

Abstract
In the article on the basis of the empirical research several groups of criminogenic factors that condition counterfeiting were determined. These include the determinants of socio-economic, technological, organizational, managerial, legal and regulatory nature.
