Determination of criminal behavior of minors

Abstract
The article deals with problematic issues that exist at the present stage of the study of juvenile delinquency. Identifying and resolving difficulties that arise during the analysis of the processes and circumstances of criminal behavior, identifying patterns, directions and a craving for a crime. The article presents the features of studying the crime, the identity of juvenile offenders, to develop preventive measures against such persons must be based on data about crimes among children, adolescents 10 to 14 years and persons of youth age 18 to 21 years). Along with this, great attention is paid because the position, extent and dynamics of crimes committed by the child directly depends on the demographic, psychological conditions, characteristics of area of residence and livelihoods in it. This can be expressed in the number of dysfunctional families in a state of violence, drunkenness and drug addiction of parents, the number of minors in General and of children in the family, in leisure activities and the like).
