DETERMINATION OF PENITENTIARY AS AN ELEMENT OF THE PENAL DOCTRINE

Abstract
The article deal with the penitentiary system as an element of the penitentiary doctrine in the broad and narrow senses. It is disclosed that the penitentiary system is a dynamic complex socio-legal mechanism of interaction of state bodies, civil society institutions and bodies and criminal executive institutions.
