Determination Of Servant Leadership, Job Satisfaction And Work Environment Toward Job Performance Atuniversity Of Muhammadiyah Jember

Abstract

This research had a purpose to analyze the influence of servant leadership, job satisfaction and working environment on the employees’ performance at University of MuhammadiyahJember. The type of research was a descriptive quantitative and the research design was explanatory. The population in this research was all University of MuhammadiyahJember’semployees. The samples used were 52 respondents, using the technique of probability sampling with simple random sampling approach. The analysis tool used multiple linear regression. The result showed that servant leadership, job satisfaction, and working environment partially or simultaneously had a significant effect on the employees’ performance. Coefficient determination analysis showed that 86.3% of the employees’ performance influenced by servantleadership, job satisfaction, and working environment. While the remaining 13.7% was influenced by other variables outside the model or equation, like motivation, allowances and others.
