DETERMINATION OF THE EFFECTIVE CONCENTRATION OF THE SELECTIVE FACTOR FOR THE DIFFERENTIATION SAMPLES OF CUCUMBER ON SOLUBILITY IN THE CULTURE IN VITRO

Abstract
The results of studies on the influence of selective media with different content of sodium chloride on the volume of formed callus and growth of cucumber plants regenerant in culture in vitro are covered. It has been established that the concentration of 1,0 % NaCl in a selective medium makes it possible to differentiate callus from salt tolerance, and a concentration of 0,8 % NaCl is a plant- regenerants. Stress - tolerant samples for salinity were identify, which, according to the resistance index, showed resistance above the average in the experiment.
