Determination of the model of assessment of professional activity of civil servants in the sphere of education in Ukraine

Abstract
The article explores the problem of developing a model of professional activity of civil servants in education as a prerequisite for progressive changes in the newest public dimension and as a factor in the development of education in accordance with European integration processes. The structural components that should contain the estimation model are characterized. It is noted that it is the conceptual block in the structure of assessing the professional activity of civil servants in the field of education that plays a key role, since it explains and establishes the relationships between the other blocks of the evaluation model. It was found with the help of empirical research methods the presence of a certain formalism in the implementation of the assessment of the professional activity of civil servants in the field of education in the current conditions of the civil service.
