DETERMINATION OF THE SPHERE OF CIRCULATION OF CAPITAL AND REFORM OF THE SYSTEM OF INVESTMENT AND INVESTMENT OF CAPITAL IN THE CHINESE ZONES OF TECHNICAL AND ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT

Abstract
This article demonstrates that the prospects for capital turnover are that after the budgetary lever will support large investments, following the progress of the adoption of market principles in the economy, the dynamics of this support will gradually decrease. The model of a large turnover of capital can change the views and ways of understanding the problems of the employees of the TEDZ in the development of the economy. It is shown that, in accordance with the Chinese experience of capital transactions, it will be possible to increase economic growth, accelerate the adoption of market principles by the regional economy, improve the way and means of government support for economic development, and implement healthy, long-term development of the regions.
