DETERMINATION OF THERETICAL FOUNDATION FOR THE ALGORITHM OF ECOLOGICAL SAFETY PROVIDING IN THE REGION

Abstract

There was analyzed of modern principles of environmental safety providing. Determined the main weaknesses of the regulatory approach to the valuation of anthropogenic impact and proposed an alternative, which is based on the neoanthropocentrism principles. Proved the using of the environmental characteristics of live components of the eco-system as a basic tool to assess environmental safety and process of planning. Developed nine stepwise algorithm en-suring the environmental safety of ecosystems, based on the use of indicators of the sustainability of biomass produc-tion in energy units. Energy, as opposed to economic or indicators of real, unique size, dimension (or weight) of which is stable through the time. Determined that aquatic ecological systems are crucial for human development and can be used as most objective integral indicator of the relationship between human and nature in any socio-naturalsystem. Analysis of some components of the Environmental Law of Ukraine demonstrates the relevance of further work in this scientific field.
