DETERMINING THE LEVEL OF EDUCATION OF THE BASIS OF THE CULTURE OF USE OF MEDICAL PRODUCTS OF CHILDREN IN THE SENIOR PRESCHOOL AGE

Abstract
The article is devoted to the actual and insufficiently studied in pedagogical science and educational practice the problem of education of the basics of the culture of using media production in children of the senior preschool age. This is due to the constant development of the media, information technologies, which require special skills from the child, in particular, the culture of using media products. The article describes the essence of the category “the basis of the culture of using media products” of children of senior preschool age. The author understands this definition as a dynamic personal characteristic of the child, manifested by his emotional and value attitude to the media and the interest to them, the presence of elementary knowledge about the media and norms of behavior in the media space. The results of the ascertaining stage of the experimental research on revealing the outgoing levels of education of the basics of the culture of using media products on motivational-emotional, cognitive and behavioral criteria are introduced. The methods of diagnosing the motives for using media products, the need for mass media, the existence of the basic pre- school age for children of critical thinking, the willingness to transmit information about the content of perceived media production are described. Diagnostic tasks of studying children’s awareness of children as one of the indicators of the culture of using the media have been identified. The prospect of further work determines the characteristics of pedagog- ical conditions that will ensure the effective education of the basics of the culture of using media products in preschool children in pre-school institutions The content of the diagnostic survey is disclosed, a quantitative analysis of the levels of education of the basics of the culture of using media products in preschool children is presented.
