Abstract
Thus, the article is devoted to the burning issues of developing the conception for improving the management of trade enterprise business processes. The necessity of forming a mechanism for improving business processes has been proved, which, under conditions of uncertainty, allows adapting the system of management of trade businesses to changes in the external environment.
