DEVELOPING LEADERSHIP QUALITIES IN PRIMARY SCHOOL STUDENTS THROUGH ENGLISH LANGUAGE LEARNING

Abstract
This article explores the importance of English language in identifying and developing leadership skills among primary school students. The research demonstrates that interactive and role-playing games, group activities, and communicative tasks significantly enhance children's self-confidence, communication abilities, and initiative. Moreover, the study highlights the relevance of adapting international experiences and modern approaches to the education system of Uzbekistan. The findings positively impact students' personal development and open opportunities for implementing innovative methodologies in the educational process.
