DEVELOPMENT OF A MANAGER'S CAREER BY MEANS OF FORMATION OF ASSERTIVENESS IN THE PROCESS OF PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT IN HIGHER EDUCATIONAL INSTITUTIONS

Abstract
In the article the theoretical analysis of the problems of assertiveness development, the peculiarities of its manifestation and specificity of development in the process of professional formation in higher educational institutions highlighted. Since it is precisely in his youth that such specific peculiarities of the person as the desire for self-actualization and self-identification, the need for group membership, and emotional sensitivity are at the forefront. Assertiveness in the socio-pedagogical process is the best way of communicating the future manager and teacher of higher education with students, students and colleagues, which leads to the formation of an independent, responsible person capable of successfully solving educational, educational, psychological and pedagogical problems.
