Development of concession legislation of Ukraine in the context of European integration processes

Abstract
The article analyzes the proposed in the draft Law of Ukraine «On Concessions» norms for improving the concession legislation in the context of the European integration and harmonization processes in Ukraine to the EU legislation, and presents the author’s proposals for improving the approaches to the legal support of concession legislation.
