Abstract
In accordance with the modern needs of primary education, the concept of ICT competence of primary school teachers has been clarified, which refers to the teacher's ability to perform professional activities with the help of information and communication technologies and the formation of ICT literacy of students, readiness to quickly master and introduce new technologies into school practice in accordance with trends in the development of the information society.
