DEVELOPMENT OF TOURISM AND RECREATIONAL SYSTEMS IN CONDITIONS OF ASSISTANCE OF LOCAL GOVERNMENT

Abstract
Purpose. The aim of the research is to develop practical recommendations regarding the increase of effectiveness of tourism and recreational systems in conditions of local government assistance in provision of water-based sports tourism services. Methodology. The mathematical setting of the model defining the optimal length of a route for a tourist group in conditions of minimization of the traveling on a river is suggested. Results. The possibilities of personal choice of traveling routes and leisure activities organization in cases of use of water-based sports and rational servicing of potential vacationers in conditions of competition are grounded. The contribution of the local government to provision of the quality and modern infrastructure for tourists in recreational areas is defined. Originality. The conception of water-based sports tourism brand which includes in particular stages of attractiveness analysis, the rating of which is determined by branding is developed; water-based tourism brand concept development and design of waterbased tourism brand concept. Three-staged estimation of tourist group expenses is advised. Practical value. Sports animation programs for voyages on the river and reservoirs of the Dinpro developed with the assistance of the local government are aimed on the recreation and activation of tourists who arrive to a sports tourism facility to participate in sporting activities defined by specific training system in conjunction with recreation activities are designed. The rational management decision regarding expenses and payments of a group and the local government in conditions of a spots boating trip and adhering to a schedule during recreation is justified.
