DEVELOPMENT PROSPECTS OF THE LEGAL REGULATION OF IMPOSING A MONETARY PENALTY IN THE CRIMINAL PROCESS OF UKRAINE

Abstract
The article contains a comparative analysis of the regulation of grounds of imposing the monetary penalties in the criminal procedural laws of Ukraine and other countries. The possibility and feasibility of supplementing the regulations of the Code of Criminal Procedure of Ukraine with a provision to expand the legal grounds for imposition of a monetary penalty in the event of non-fulfillment of the criminal procedural obligations by the parties to the criminal proceeding was substantiated.
