Development strategy of labour activity of the population of rural regions

Abstract
Specific features of modern employment of rural population are considered. The basic problems of use of rural labour potential are revealed. The basic approaches to the decision of a problem of unemployment on village are generalized. Necessity of complex social and economic development of rural region in view of its potential and multifunctionality is substantiated. In the paper the purposes and the basic strategic alternatives of development strategy of labour activity of agricultural population are identified which include the directions of increase of competitiveness of the agri-cultural enterprises and growth of self-employment of the population. Main principle of realization of strategy for them is offered a principle of social partnership
