DIAGNOSIS OF LABOUR BEHAVIOR EMPLOYEE IN THE PERSONNEL MANAGEMENT SYSTEM OF MACHINE - BUILDING ENTERPRISE

Abstract
In the article the necessity and expediency of carrying out diagnosis labor employee behavior in the management of personnel machine building enterprise are identified. The development of guidelines on expert evaluation indicators of labour behavior employee at an engineering company are proposed in the article. The feasibility and advantages of the application of expert estimates at research of indicators of labour behavior of the employee are determined. The expert evaluation of indicators of labour behavior of the employee in the enterprise are conducted.
