Abstract
Objective — to summarize the characteristic clinical manifestations of actinic keratosis (AK), squamous cell carcinoma in situ and сutaneous squamous cell carcinoma, the allocation of differential diagnostic criteria. Materials and methods. Personalized database of SI «Scientific and Practical Center of Preventive and Clinical Medicine» of government affairs for 2015—2017 years was used. Results and discussion. We have detected a direct correlation (p ≤ 0.05) between AK and a pale pink spot with clear boundaries, surface peeling without ulceration (correlation coefficient 1.0), between SCCis and a lesion up to 1.0 cm in diameter, with clear contours and surface peeling (correlation coefficient 0.91), between cSCC and lesion of congestedpink color with expanded vessels (correlation coefficient 0.97). Other clinical signs did not have reliable correlations with the studied skin pathology. Conclusions. The indepth study of the clinical signs of AK, SCCis and cSCC has allowed to distinguish diagnostic criteria for each form of epidermal dysplasia of the skin.
