DIFFERENTIATION OF PERIODS OF HUMAN LIFE BEFORE AND AFTER BIRTH AS THE BASIS FOR THE PROTECTION OF THE INDIVIDUAL’S RIGHT TO LIFE

Abstract
The article discusses various options for classification of perinatal and postnatal pe- riods of human life in order to guarantee protection of public life from moment of con- ception. Based on fact that human life is a single integrated system integrity and cannot be considered separate elements, it is not possible to ignore certain stages of life (prenatal directly). The question of need to protect human life before birth remains an unsolved problem in modern society. Referring to diversity of studied variants of differentiation stages of life, changes have been made with respect to copyrights periods of life.
